This 1960's new england style colonial was in need of a flooring upgrade. keeping with the new england theme, 8" wide yellow pine planks were the chosen material.
Not only did this project include flooring, but also new paint in the living and dining room areas, additional ceiling lighting in the living room, and many other upgrades.
To add to the historical look, in addition to tongue nailing, the yellow pine was surface nailed with cut nails.
We also handled the finishing, using a DuraSeal Stain and Poloplaz Primero Poly finish.
